World Mathematics Invitational (WMI) is a prestigious international mathematics competition
founded and organized by American Mathematics Society (USA), Chinese Mathematics
Organization (Taiwan), and Korean Gifted Students Evaluation Association (South Korea).
Competition Objectives
WMI motivates math students to raise their logical reasoning, to acquire new mathematics
problem-solving skills, and to experience a sense of accomplishment. WMI allows them to do
these through meeting and competing with students from other countries and regions all over the
world.
