Literature and Ideas Festival Salihara

12 Oct 2019 08:00 to 20 Oct 2019 17:00 (Asia/Jakarta)

This year, Literature and Ideas Festival Salihara or LIFEs invites writers and readers to celebrate the diversity and richness of individual stories, to fill the empty spaces found inside the grand narratives of the history of this country, of itself but also in its relations with other countries. This project is but a small prelude towards more inclusive history writing. Thus, this year’s theme is Kisahku, Sejarah Bersama (My Story, Shared History).
